We hold patron discretion and personal data to the highest standards of luxury security.

1. Data Architecture & Minimal Collection

REO collects only essential delivery and sizing metrics required to fulfill bespoke garment orders. We never sell, lease, or monetize client profiles to third parties.

2. Payment Security & Tokenization

In accordance with strict security standards, REO does not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking credentials within the storefront database. All financial transactions are processed through tokenized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways.

3. Patron Telemetry & Notification Rights

Order telemetry and courier status alerts are transmitted solely for the tracking and delivery of your acquired items. Patrons may opt out of non-essential correspondence at any time.
