Return & Exchange Policy

14-day complimentary doorstep returns and size exchanges on all unworn garments.

1. 14-Day Examination Period

We want you to experience the drape, weight, and silhouette of your REO garment in person. If the piece or fit does not exceed your expectations, you may initiate a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

2. Condition Requirements

  • Garments must remain in unworn, unwashed condition with no perfume or cosmetic contact.
  • Original serialized provenance tags, fabric labels, and security seal must remain intact.
  • Must be returned with the original REO cedar presentation box and wooden coat hanger.

3. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are 100% complimentary. Once your exchange request is submitted via our portal, our concierge dispatches the new size immediately while arranging doorstep collection of the current piece.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Net Banking, or digital wallet) within 48 hours of inspection at our atelier fulfillment center.
